As a long time listener to WQXR, I am glad that WNYC hired Jeff Spurgeon, Midge Woolsey and Elliott Forrest. On the other hand, I am sorry that Annie Bergen, Candice Agree, Clayelle Dalferes and Bill Jerome were not picked up by the people at WNYC who will be running WQXR 105.9 FM.
I hope the people I mentioned will be able to find another place to display their talents if they choose to stay in the broadcasting business.
