96 X?

This morning my RDS reads "96 X" on 96.3 FM.

The music mix sounds really good. It reminds me of what RUMBA 107 sounded like in their short lived run back in 2002.

It sounds like the promos running are teasing something for October 15th....
Is the current format/music mix a stunt?
