My point is being missed. I have no problem with PR, I listen to it, support it, enjoy it. What I find amazing is that the NYC metro area can't/won't support a commercial fine arts station. In all the big talk about how this is the cultural center of the universe, you would think that a radio institution for the fine arts could find support and endorsement from the business community and that there would be a community of people who would recognize/patronize businesses that support the fine arts. OK, so I admit that I am from the Midwest and am used to stations such as WFMT in Chicago.
