Okay, so WNYC/WQXR would be broadcasting New York City programming on a Connecticut frequency formerly occupied by a Connecticut broadcaster, just as WSHU broadcasts Connecticut programming on Long Island frequencies that could be utilized by Long Island broadcasters. How do you see this as serving the public?
