Not sure that would work. That translator was to help 96.3 WQXR overcome 96.7's very strong signal near the transmitter. If that translator came back, it most likely would again be for the benefit of the current occupant of 96.7 -- as WCAA would still likely have the same issues inside Stamford that QXR once had.
