I am seeing the same problem. We use Websense.
It was like that even before the changeover from 96.3 to 105.9. Sometimes it takes a while for filters like Websense to get their database updated. Maybe your IT department can whitelist it for you?
Maybe wqxr.org was something else prior to being a web site owned by WNYC.
