I don't know about other games, but I know for the World Series, each league champion team only gets one radio station on which its local broadcasters may air locally produced broadcasts of the World Series. I've heard that it's limited to the team's flagship station, but I don't know a) if that's true, or b) how it's defined if it is true.

IIRC, every other station on the team's radio network, other than the flagship (or, maybe, a substitute station in the same market as the flagship), gets first dibs in their market on the ESPN Radio broadcast of the World Series.
