That is not possible, as the HD1 is required to broadcast the same content as the analog signal.
As the HD signal is supposed to transmit with no more than 1% of the power used by the primary one, WQXR's is probably running only about 6 watts! So Q2 on WQXR HD2 is much tougher to receive than when a similar format, contemporary classic music, was on WNYC HD2.
