It seemed so odd that, out of this crackling, phantom-like signal at the end of the AM spectrum, came this big, bombastic, all-pro-sounding presentation... with SOUL!.. called WWRL. When the usual fare grew boring, you could hit that last button, and step into an audio neighborhood where you knew it would be cool... and sound BIG.
Bobby: re your other post, you bet it would be really excellent if Rocky G had another fling at this market! I hope you guys stay in touch. Tell him I'm a longtime fan! (And I hope YOU'RE doing well my brother!!)
