Thanks, Ron. The hosts were crucial to WHN's success. WHN could not have played the wide variery of music necessary to attract a large audience if the hosts were not able to get listers to listen to George Jones to hear the Eagles (or visa versa). Think about Lee Arnold selling his more traditional listers on Marshall Tucker Band, or Jessie (a former ABC Rock'n'Stero jock in Pittsburgh) getting her listeners to appreciate Loretta Lynn. The WHN air talent was THE BEST!
