I worked for this station on 1300 when it was WKQW. I should know the answer to this, but I don't...shouldn't the 1700 freq go to the ones who first put in for it, WRCR-Alexander Broadcasting, as long as they meet all the requirements? Should those other "Johnny Come Latelys" be allowed to vie for it?
Also, if Alexander loses out, would they be able to remain broadcasting WRCR on 1300?
