That's no surprise, Imus has rarely had a positive word for any colleague on any station (just ask Howard Stern).
Never had the pleasure of meeting Soupy but I've talked with a number of people who worked with him--and without exception they enjoyed the experience. He was not just a gifted entertainer, he was one of the best liked people in the comedy field. He'll be missed.
