The station has had dead air since 8:15PM last night (October 25th). The web stream is still up...how long that is continuing is anyone's guess.
I hate to say this because I'm not a pessimistic person and I REALLY loved this station, but I think we are at the end of the rope here regarding Pulse 87 and that is unfortunate because a market like New York should have a current based dance station like this.
But I want it noted that despite the financial issues going on, the ratings and cumes on Pulse have continually GONE UP! In that sense, Pulse's failure to keep afloat as a station isn't because of dance music...just other matters within the company.
