Most people who listen to Scott on WPLJ probably don't listen to Hannity on WABC. Therefore, most of Scott's listeners probably don't even know he's doing this. And think of this, for all of the commercials that Dan Ingram did back in the 60's, how many of those products did you not use. Does that mean Dan Ingram was bad for doing commercials for stuff that you either didn't use or didn't like?
