That's not Scott. That's Hannity. He has the editorial control. Scott's not using his name nor is he providing any kind of endorsement. Imaging voices and voice over artists are about making the element sound good... regardless of what is said.
If you want to criticize, go after Hannity. His show sounds more and more ridiculous as time goes by. He sounds like a guy desperate to make a name for himself. If he didn't already have the job, there's no chance he get hired today.
