The F.C.C. listing indicates this modification was filed only a few days ago. Perhaps Mike what you are referring to that occurred a few months ago was WBGO's previous application, which was to move the transmitter from Newark to a building on the East Side of Manhattan, near the United Nations. That was accepted by the F.C.C. in June. Last week this request was modified, and WBGO is now requesting the 4 Times Square location.
