Shannon's voice as not as distinct as some here would suggest. Very few voices in radio are, unless you are talking about the likes of Scot Muni or Cousin Brucie or maybe Wolfman Jack. As for whether this thread would've been writen had the victom been a Republican, maybe. The author would have been a different person, that's all.
