The 'FUV website is stating that the antenna is being "upgraded" because it "didn't meet our expectations."
Any idea what that may mean? Is it likely that their existing antenna was not engineered or set up properly? Is it unusual for a station to be off the air for a good part of two weeks because its antenna was somehow deficient?
