The book numbers are an average of the 4 weeks. Arbitron's rules treated both stations as new stations. Thus, WCAA 96.3 had a 0.9 in the month, made up of a 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 and a 3.6 for the 4th week (10/8 to 10/15). Similarly, WQXR 105.9 had three 0.0 weeks and one with what looks like a 0.3 or 0.4.
