After fighting a noble fight since a year ago Christmas, Bill Epperhart has died at the age of 51 of pancreatic cancer.
Regulars on this board know that Bill was a frequent contributor and that he provided Allan with much material from his days as an engineer at WABC, WHN and WNBC. Indeed, there is a page here devoted to Bill's contributions. Bill was also a Ham Radio operator (WB2DTY).
Bill was a loyal friend, a superior radio engineer and a person with a passion for quality and "getting it right."
The Industry, his companion Lauren, his son Danny, and all of us who have called him friend, have lost a wonderful person.
