From WCWP(CW Post)to WHN to WNBC/WYNY I had the incredibly good fortune to have worked with Bill. He worked with me (drilled into me) the techniques he had learned & I was so proud the first time he told me I "get it." While I didn't stay in the business as long as others, it seemed I always ended up alongside Bill wherever I was. Some random memories---the hours at Post in the afternoon making "homemade jingles" and perfecting tape editing, Sundays at WHN in a back studio using that production space with Ed Baer and Bill--Ed used the results all week in Connecticut, we used it at WCWP, the sports broadcasts with Bill in charge back at the studio, then ending up at NBC with so many other WCWP alums. In July '77, NYC Blackout II, I was running the Cousin Brucie show on AM, Bill was running the FM automated monster. It just seemed I always had him there wherever "there" was. But always it came back to WCWP---always some new reason to go back---Homecoming reunions, then Bill Mozer asking for help to cover fireworks at Bar Beach, always another challenge that I was happy "Eppy" was there to help with. I am so grateful he always was there. Jeff Kroll
